Everything fits in here and is used to store The Tearooms. I paid £4,800 for this last year and it is tax deductible.

The place is fantastic and has a good reputation. Only selling it as i just don't have the time to use it to its full potential. It was family-run, but now kids are having kids and i am now staffing the place. It takes 4 people to run smoothly and it can be set up in 1 day. Festivals charge a pitch fee which is different at each event, medium-sized festivals is between £1000 and £1500. Larger festivals range from 2 to £3k. Obviously, the bigger ones have a larger footfall, more people more money.

Everything we sell costs us less than £1. A cream Tea goes out at 6/£7, sandwiches are £6, bangers and mash £9. You make a lot of money from the drinks side of things, Tea is £2 and it costs pence for a tea bag. This is already a well-established business and is well known on the festival scene. Pre covid we had 6 bookings for private events, festival-themed weddings seem to be the thing at the moment. We trade under " Shape The Scene " which is registered with the environmental health, which is more or less the license for the kitchen. So with that, you can change the name of the stall which we have in the past and had it as a cafe at Boomtown. The last offer we got to trade at Boomtown was for a 24-hour cafe for 6 days on the campsite.

The Twisted Tearooms is an attraction and we were billed as stage 4 at Wickham festival this year.

I will help you with after-sales, festival applications and how to get bands and musicians on board. We don't pay for any of this as people are happy to come and play. We have honestly had the best time building this and getting it to where it is today, punters love the place and always pop in over the festival weekend.

We are at Victorious festival from the 26th to the 28th this year, you can come in and see how it all works and most importantly see how the till works. You will easily make your money back in the first year.

NO VAT IS TO BE ADDED.
