Description

The marquee is a Hoecker marquee that was made bespoke for our events back in 2017.

It measures 7 m wide by 24 m long. The length comes in three metre bays so you can actually build the marquee to whatever length you desire in increments of 3 m (up to 24m in total length).

The last two pictures that I have attached below show the marquee with its white fabric sides and white roof. The gable ends are shown in the picture as full sheets, but in actual fact, the one we own has clear gable ends which are transparent so you can see through them. We have only actually ever used the roof sheets so all the side walls, including the clear gable end wall are completely new and are still in their original bags.

We had the side walls replaced with wooden panels. Webster‘s based out at Burn manufactured these for us, along with a front canopy to create a large wooden chalet.

As you can see from the pictures below, this created a very attractive structure which had two large door openings at the front, but also had two side door openings along one long side.

The wooden panels slot into channels on the marquee legs, so you can actually choose whether to use the wood or indeed the white fabric panels.

When we had the marquee made it cost around £13,800. We have actually only used it three times for our Christmas shows in 2017, 2018 and 2019. We are looking to sell it for around £9000.

In addition to the structure, we also had a ceiling canopy made from a soft gold waterproofing fabric, which gives a very attractive dressing to the marquee, but also acts as a guard for any condensation which was perfect for us.

This had originally cost £1000 to have made, but we would be looking for around £250 if anybody wanted to purchase this too.
