This commercial fryer by Pitco is designed to fry a wide variety of foods where a limited amount of space is available. With a single welded tank and two wire mesh baskets allowing users to fry multiple foods at once.
The high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to provide maximum heating and efficiency and a thermostat maintains selected temperature automatically between 93°C and 190°C.
