This is an unused yurt, exported from Mongolia to a Yurt company in Nottingham which we bought for our woodland, however our circumstances have changed and we do not need it any more. It has been safely dry stored from new, is in excellent condition with full assembly instructions.

The yurt's wooden parts are: A crown; 2 large supporting poles; the poles which links the crown and walls; 6 walls. The yurt's door and windows are made of pine, designed to welcome as much natural sunlight as possible by extending their sizes. Inner trellis is hand-tied with rawhide with spare hide provided. All wooden parts are hand crafted including wooden carvings of animals on the supporting poles (see photos).

The yurt's soft materials are: Inner liner-(cotton cover), felt (2cm thick insulation)-100% organic sheep's wool, canvas cover (made of a heavy duty hard pressed poly/cotton canvas), outer layer (light canvas fabric with decorative motifs) and crown cover for the skylight. The yurt has been adapted for European weather including a crown cover with a clear PVC skylight, large windows and doors.
