Description

This is a fantastic semi permanent structure ideal for a home garage, workshop, storage facility or maybe an outside bar.

The structure is substantial and comes with double doors each end.

It is much more than a standard marquee as you can see from the pictures of the heavy duty large frame and is made by HTS Clearspan Structures.

It has only been used once and has since been in storage.

It measures 10m x 5m and is built in two bays of 5m each.

The ends are constructed of a double glazed door with two plastic solid panels. Two of the plastic panels have a tiny bit of damage.

The marquee comes with 4 heaters as well as a electrics ready to install complete with its own fuse board.

Also included is a substantial aluminium beam / wood board flooring system, which is in immaculate condition. The flooring is very strong and would take the weight of a car on it.

The marquee is rated up to 63mph winds when anchored to the HTS specifications.

I am also separately selling 500kg weight blocks that can be used to anchor the marquee, ideal for hard standing locations.
