Eco Terra-Tech is a man-portable and man-handlable heavy duty flooring system. It comprises interlocking hexagonal tiles and ramp edges, made from high impact, flame retardant, UV Stabilised modified pp (polypropylene) giving:

High resilience and strength, at even high and low temperatures

Excellent chemical resistance, particularly against oil spill, grease or petroleum spirit

Excellent flexibility and temperature range: -20C to + 100C

The hexagonal design will curve around bends or obstacles and the interlocking ‘hinges’ will go over uneven ground ensuring maximum stability and a ground covering with a high load bearing ability even in soft ground conditions. The underside, hexagonal ribbing is designed to spread any load from the centre to the six sides. When the panels are interlocked, the load is spread to the neighbouring panels, resulting in higher load bearing than ordinary squares or rectangles.

Installation

Each Eco Terra-Tech panel interlocks and articulates on each of the 6 sides. The over/under interlocking and hexagonal design permits rapid deployment, installation and good load spreading ability even on uneven ground. This interlocking design is easy and quick laying. It requires no clips, locks or mechanical fixing. It is as easy and fast to remove as it is to lay. Simply lift and palletise.

Recycling

Eco Terra-Tech is manufactured from high-grade, modified high-density polypropylene. This material can be recycled (for other uses) up to 3 times.
