We are selling a large clearspan marquee currently installed at Burrows Lea Country House in Shere, Surrey.

Total footprint is around 252 square metres.

Structure and Covers:
Aluminium framework, mainly believed to be Roder GmbH, with some mixed components
Roof and wall panels are a mixture, with some panels labelled Tectonics UK
Includes a mix of window and plain wall sections

Interior Features:
Full pleated lining to the main marquee
Three chandeliers included
Separate bar area complete with fridges

Flooring:
Flooring is included in the sale
Constructed from 18mm marine ply sheets laid on 50mm x 100mm timber bearers
The floor is screwed down, so the buyer will need to allow a few days to lift and remove all boards and bearers

Carpet:
There is carpet currently laid on top of the ply floor
This may or may not be reusable, depending on how well it comes up
Happy to discuss including it if the buyer would like to attempt to lift and reuse it

Condition:
Used marquee from an event venue, in reasonable, serviceable condition

Collection and Dismantling:
