This marquee is about 11 years old and was at the wedding venue we have bought.

The roof is not in great shape and could do with either repair or replacement.

Most of the panels are good bar 2 and the poles and structure is in good condition.

There was a fish pond in the middle of the tent meaning that there is a hole in the middle of the floor but this would require perhaps 4 to 6 new flooring sheets.

There are glass and aluminium framed locking front doors and a metal rear emergency exit door.

The main marquee is 12m x 18m
There is also a tunnel which is about 3m x 3m

The marquee would accommodate 250 comfortably standing.

You could seat up to 180 guests at round tables but up to 120 in comfort.

If you had a couple of days two people could put this up (assuming they were strong and knew what they were doing)

The marquee is a aluminium framed marquee and is suitable as a commercial wedding venue.

I do not know the brand but it has stood the test of time and is still a very solid structure.

I intend to leave the marquee up for buyers to inspect and for them to dismantle when collecting.
