Roder HTS GZ Premium “Thermo” clearspan marquee.This marquee was bought brand new from Roder/ HTS Tentiq in Nov 2020 and erected at St Catharines College, Cambridge University in Nov 20. It has been used as a replacement dining/catering facility and is due to come down on the weeks of the 22nd or 29th of August 2022 ( this summer). It is in near new condition as during covid it was hardly used.
The marquee has solid 100mm thick insulated wall panels manufactured by Hemsec which have a high insulation rating as well as fire rating, half of the floor is the gloss wooden floor panels with the other half the standard light colour floor panels.
It has 3 double glazed glass double door 5m bays with 2 other standard solid fire doors built into the solid walls.
The roof is the inflatable Thermo Roof.
We have the feet to allow for fixing to a solid base or for pinning to a grass base.
We currently have the floorplan with one side fully open as a seating area and the other as a kitchen, buttery, walk in chiller, walk in freezer, store room, ware wash room and an office. All of the sub dividing walls are the same highly insulated 100mm thick walls as the exterior and can be removed very easily to make the structure completely open or used to sub divide as you require.
Viewing is available via appointment.
If the solid walls are not required we can arrange for new standard white PVC walls to be supplied.
We will have on site a 17m telehandler to take down the structure.
If you take down you can use the telehandler and transport away the structure. There is a £7500 discount on the purchase price for this option. We have road restrictions in place to allow for large lorry access and loading, or we will be taking down and the unit will be available for collection in Kent.

Marquee is in central Cambridge, Trumpington st.When dismantled it will be available for collection in Maidstone, Kent.
